Tim Finney started his medical career in 1986 with Allergan, a leader in Ophthalmology and Aesthetic medicine. After a successful position with Allergan, Tim transitioned to selling surgical lasers for Laser Scope. Tim learned valuable skills while working in the laser industry, which were instrumental in starting Gateway Surgical Inc., a medical sales distribution company.

Gateway Surgical Inc. was the first company Tim would start within the medical distribution field. Having sold into many specialties of medicine, Tim saw an opportunity with new medical device companies needing sales representation. Gateway Surgical Inc. became the premier sales distribution platform for small niche start-up device companies needing sales coverage in Midwest markets. As demand grew, Gateway Surgical Inc. expanded its sales force and product line to include dermatology lasers, aesthetic devices and capital equipment.

Tim grew his medical company to include Midwest Medical Products, selling devices to a broad mix of multi-specialty physicians and clinics. Gateway Aesthetics was formed as a specialty division focusing on hair restoration, hair growth, skin care products and rejuvenation. 

Sandy Finney, RN is the driving force behind Gateway Aesthetics and the expansion into regenerative medical products. As a nurse, Sandy brings medical knowledge, experience and a passion for healing to Gateway Aesthetics. Her technical skills allow her to train physicians, nurses and office staff, making product additions a success for practices and their patients.

Gateway Aesthetics has become a key distribution partner with many aesthetic companies. We are known for unique specialty devices and products that require a high level of sales experience, technical and medical knowledge.
